4 week training MBCT/MBSR
n this training of 4 weekly 4-hour sessions, you create more awareness of stress signals. You also gain more knowledge of mental and emotional processes and how to deal with them. This training is for anyone who wants to learn mindfulness in a short time and for whom no major personal transitions are currently taking place. This workshop is very suitable for managers to provide more conscious leadership: from control to leading from trust. Through this training they become more self-aware and can not only signal stress signals to themselves, but also to employees. 8-weekse mindfulness training MBCT/MBSR
In this training of 8 weekly meetings of 2 hours, you create more awareness of stress signals. You also gain more knowledge of mental and emotional processes and how to deal with them. This training is focused on stress reduction and is very suitable for anyone who wants to learn how to apply structured mindfulness for a longer period of time to stress, burnout, dealing with changes and live events. This is the "standard" form for learning and integrating mindfulness into life. Result after this training is better able to cope with stress and changes, sleep better and an increase in body awareness.
